Day 1 :

Arrival in Srinagar

• Check into a comfortable establishment offering Deluxe accommodations. Choose from Double and Triple Sharing Room options for a delightful stay amidst the beauty of Srinagar.

• Begin your journey with a visit to the Mughal Gardens, marveling at the spectacular blend of Persian and Mughal architecture.

• Glide through the serene waters of Dal Lake, exploring the floating markets and houseboats.

• Relax and unwind at the hotel, soaking in the beauty of the city. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Pahalgam Night Stay

• After breakfast, take a scenic drive to Pahalgam, a haven for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.

• Check in at a comfortable accommodations where every need of yours will be taken care of.

• Explore the idyllic Aru Valley, Betab Valley & Chandanwari offering a tranquil retreat amidst the winter beauty. Spend the day surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, with stunning views of the Lidder River and pine forests.

Please note: Only Union Cabs are permitted to operate for ABC in Pahalgam. These must be booked on-site and are not included in the package.

Day 3 :

Gulmarg Day Tour - Night stay at the Houseboat on Dal Lake

• After breakfast, depart from Pahalgam and head to Gulmarg, a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.

• Upon arrival in Gulmarg, explore the stunning landscapes and indulge in various winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding, or simply enjoy a Gondola ride (cable car) to Khilanmarg. (Activities & Gondola not Included in this package)

• Later in the afternoon, depart from Gulmarg and proceed back to Srinagar. Upon reaching Srinagar, check-in to your houseboat on Dal Lake.

• Spend the evening relaxing on the houseboat and enjoy a delicious dinner. Overnight stay on the houseboat in Srinagar.

Departure - Bid Adieu to Paradise on Earth!

• After breakfast, check-out from the houseboat.

• Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time to explore Srinagar further or indulge in some last-minute souvenir shopping.

• Our representative will assist you with the transfer to Srinagar International Airport for your onward journey.

To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required.

How do I make payments for the tour?

For confirmed bookings, a 50% advance payment is needed to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid at least 7 days before the departure or the start of the tour.

Are there exceptions to the payment terms, especially during peak seasons or for special journeys?

Yes, in certain cases such as special train journeys or bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment in advance is required. The company reserves the right to determine the advance payment based on the nature of services and the time left before the commencement of the services.

What is the cancellation policy, and are there any refund options?

Cancellations must be made in writing at least a month before the client’s arrival date. The company applies the following cancellation charges:

10% of the total amount for cancellations made 30 days prior.
25% of the total amount for cancellations made 15 days prior.
50% of the total amount for cancellations made 07 days prior.
100% in the case of a no-show.

What if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or other personal reasons?

In such cases, including illness, unfortunate events, or any personal reasons preventing the payment of the balance amount, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client as per the aforementioned policy.
