To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required.

For confirmed bookings, a 50% advance payment is needed to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid at least 7 days before the departure or the start of the tour.

Are there exceptions to the payment terms, especially during peak seasons or for special journeys?

Yes, in certain cases such as special train journeys or bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment in advance is required. The company reserves the right to determine the advance payment based on the nature of services and the time left before the commencement of the services.

What is the cancellation policy, and are there any refund options?

Cancellations must be made in writing at least a month before the client’s arrival date. The company applies the following cancellation charges:

10% of the total amount for cancellations made 30 days prior.
25% of the total amount for cancellations made 15 days prior.
50% of the total amount for cancellations made 07 days prior.
100% in the case of a no-show.

What if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or other personal reasons?

In such cases, including illness, unfortunate events, or any personal reasons preventing the payment of the balance amount, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client as per the aforementioned policy.
